1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Sarro Solutions LLC handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or engage us for development and support services. Our separately operated products, including Famorama and Sarfolio, have their own privacy notices. This policy does not replace a client data-processing agreement or a product-specific notice.

2. Information we collect

  • Inquiries: Your name, email address, reason for contacting us, message, and information you choose to include about your project or support request.
  • Client and billing records: Contact and business details, project communications, agreed scope, invoices, payment status, and transaction references needed to deliver and administer services.
  • Website activity: Vercel, our hosting and analytics provider, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Vercel Web Analytics provides information such as pages visited, referring sites, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from request information.

Please do not send passwords, full payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support projects, communicate with clients, administer invoices and payments, understand website usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Who receives information and how it is disclosed

  • Hosting and analytics: Your browser sends requests to Vercel when you visit the website. Vercel processes these requests to host, secure, and measure use of the site.
  • Email: Contact-form submissions are sent to our website server and then delivered through Google Workspace email to our support inbox. Replies and related correspondence are also handled through our email provider.
  • Payments: When you pay through Stripe, you provide payment information directly through Stripe-hosted payment pages. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information and provides us with billing information, payment status, and limited payment-method details. We do not collect full card numbers or card security codes through our contact form.
  • Project delivery: Information may be shared with service providers needed for an agreed project, as described in the client agreement or project-specific privacy documentation.
  • Other disclosures: We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues, and to advisers or a successor in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Information is disclosed through website requests, server-to-provider connections, email, hosted payment forms, or project tools as applicable. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the Vercel Privacy Notice, Google Privacy Policy, and Stripe Privacy Policy for their practices.

5. Cookies, analytics, and third-party links

Our main website does not use advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to measure usage without analytics cookies. Infrastructure and external services, including Stripe payment pages, may use technologies necessary for security and service operation under their own policies. Links to portfolio products, app stores, and other websites lead to services governed by their own privacy notices. Our fictional website template demos do not send their demo form entries to us.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for the public website and encrypted connections to our email provider. The contact-form service validates submitted fields, limits request sizes, checks permitted website origins, and uses measures to reduce automated abuse. Email credentials remain server-side rather than in browser code, and the contact handler does not log message contents or credentials. These safeguards reduce risk, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Retention and processing locations

We retain inquiry, client, and transaction records for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

8. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the contact form. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask about other privacy rights available where you live, email support@sarrosolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

9. Children

This business website and its inquiry services are intended for adults and business clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Separately operated products have their own audience and privacy policies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or services. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact Sarro Solutions LLC at support@sarrosolutions.com.
