1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Sarro Solutions LLC business website and describe the general framework for purchasing our services. By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Project work requires a separately accepted written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Separate products such as Famorama and Sarfolio are governed by their own terms.
2. Services and project agreements
We offer custom websites, web and mobile applications, internal tools, AI integrations, QA automation, and separately agreed hosting, maintenance, and support. A project agreement identifies scope, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, responsibilities, revisions, acceptance criteria, and any ongoing services. Submitting an inquiry or viewing a demo does not place an order or obligate either party to begin work. Changes to an agreed scope, price, or schedule require written agreement.
3. Pricing, invoices, and payment
Fees and due dates are stated in your accepted quote, agreement, or invoice. Depending on the project, billing may include a deposit, milestone payments, hourly charges, or recurring fees. We use Stripe to process online payments. You authorize only the payments and recurring arrangements you expressly accept. Applicable taxes and separately approved third-party charges will be identified as appropriate. Do not send payment-card details through our contact form.
4. Domains, hosting, and third-party costs
Domain registration and hosting costs are not included in website pricing. We include help purchasing and setting up your domain and hosting. Hosting and maintenance plans are available separately. Other third-party costs, such as software licenses, API usage, AI usage, or app-store accounts, are included only when expressly stated in your agreement. Third-party services have their own terms and availability.
5. Recurring services and cancellation
Before a recurring service begins, we will agree on the fee, billing frequency, included work, and cancellation terms. You can request cancellation at support@sarrosolutions.com or use the billing portal when cancellation is enabled there. The effective cancellation date and any remaining commitments follow your accepted plan or agreement. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges.
6. Refunds and project termination
Refund eligibility, deposit treatment, and amounts due upon project cancellation are governed by the accepted project agreement and applicable law. If your agreement does not address a cancellation or refund request, contact us so we can review the work completed, any approved expenses, and the circumstances before agreeing on a resolution. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Client responsibilities and ownership
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and materials they have the right to use. Do not provide personal or confidential data that is unnecessary for the work; arrange an appropriate secure transfer method with us when needed. Ownership or licensing of deliverables, pre-existing tools, source code, and third-party materials will be set out in the project agreement. Browsing this website does not grant rights to copy or redistribute our designs, branding, or content.
8. Website templates and portfolio examples
Template demos represent fictional businesses and demonstrate possible designs and interactions. Demo forms do not submit real inquiries, bookings, or orders. A request to use a design starts a discussion about customization and pricing; it is not an automatic purchase or license. Images, fonts, code, and other third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses. Portfolio examples do not promise identical outcomes for every project.
9. Acceptable use and confidentiality
Do not use this website to submit unlawful content, impersonate others, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with services. Do not include passwords or confidential project materials in an initial inquiry. Confidentiality obligations for an engagement should be recorded in the client agreement or a separate nondisclosure agreement.
10. Availability, warranties, and responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but the website and demo materials are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties for the informational website. Service warranties, remedies, and any limits of liability for paid work must be addressed in the client agreement. We do not guarantee app-store approval, search rankings, business results, or the accuracy of AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Privacy, updates, and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with an updated date; changes do not alter an existing client agreement without the agreement required by its terms. For service questions, billing issues, cancellations, or concerns, contact Sarro Solutions LLC at support@sarrosolutions.com.
